includes a rotating variety of 8 seasonal vegetables from small organic farms, gathered and packed by lancaster farm fresh cooperative. we cannot guarantee exactly what will be in the box or how much the bounty will serve as it will vary on your eating/cooking habits + family size, though we'd say it roughly covers veggies for 2 adults (plus 2 relatively adventurous kids) who cook mostly vegetarian meals for a week.
